Rich filter gadgets auto-refresh

The users can enable the auto-refresh functionality from any controller gadget. If the auto-refresh is enabled, the controller will trigger an automatic refresh for all the rich filter gadgets on the dashboard which use the same rich filter as the controller.

The new Auto-refresh button is located in the bottom right corner of the Rich Filter Controller Gadget, next to the existing Refresh and Clear all buttons.

If the Auto-refresh button is pressed, a new dashboard level refresh is automatically triggered every 15 minutes.
