How to Add Chat Widget to Jira Customer Portal
Open the project you want to add the Chat Widget to, and from its sidebar, click Project Settings > Chat Settings.
Open Jira Customer Portal Live Chat.
Turn on the Add Chat Widget to Jira Customer Portal toggle.
Tada! 🎉 The Chat Button and Chat Widget will now automatically appear on your Jira Customer Portal.
