Templates streamline prioritization of tasks within your boards on Monday.com enabling you to expedite decision making and reach your goals faster. To use Foxly, you must select a template.

Each prioritization template is accompanied by a high-level explanation, use cases, and details about the metrics it employs. This information provides a comprehensive understanding of how to apply the template effectively.

Click the drop-down menu to see available templates, such as ICE, RICE, Weighted Shortest Job First, Value vs. Effort, and three marketing templates.

Template Details

1. ICE Template

  • Purpose: This template focuses on Impact, Confidence, and Ease to help prioritize tasks effectively.

2. RICE Template
