Color & Icon | What does it mean? |
|---|---|
 | The SLA is in PROGRESS.
|
 | The SLA has been COMPLETED succesfully. |
 | The SLA is EXCEEDED/BREACHED/VIOLATED. |
 | The SLA has NO TARGET. |
