In this article, we will guide you on configuring and customizing the Clone Plus operations to suit your requirements.

  1. Enabling and Disabling Modules
The administrator can enable or disable the required operations (modules) in the Manage Apps section. Once a module is enabled, it will be available for the app's users.

  2. Configuring the Behavior of Operations
After enabling a module, the administrator can configure the behavior of the Clone+ and Clone++ operations. The configuration properties starting with 2.x are relevant for Clone+ (custom 2), and properties beginning with 2.plus.x are appropriate for Clone++ (custom 2). The same notation can configure the default Clone+ and Clone++ operations without prefixes.
For more details on properties file configuration, please refer to:https://appfire.atlassian.net/l/cp/w1c3rq4d.

  3. Using Configured Operations
Users must enable the respective modules in the Manage Apps section to use the configured operations. Once enabled, the custom operations will appear in the app's More dropdown. The app's default operations, Clone+ and Clone++, can also be used by configuring their properties without number prefixes.

  4. Adding a New Custom Operation
The Clone Plus app allows you to add up to 16 custom operations. To add a new custom operation, enable the desired module in the Manage Apps section and add the required properties using the prefix of the unique operation number. For example, to add Clone++ (custom 8), enable its module and add the necessary properties using the prefix 8.plus. The new custom operation will be shown in the More dropdown.
