Support for Jira 9.5.1, JSM 5.5.1: Configuration Manager is now compatible with the newly released versions Jira 9.5.1 and Jira Service Management 5.5.1.

Fixed a problem where CMJ was not updating users in filter JQLs after a user was rematched with a different username during deployment.
Fixed a problem where snapshot creation failed due to issues with the SPI implementation of an app being exported with the snapshot.
Fixed a problem where Integrity Check for Jira public REST was reporting an error when a screen scheme did not have a default screen, instead of showing a warning as expected.
Fixed a problem where some app data could not be exported due to an error caused by an issue in SPI.
Fixed a problem where Integrity Check threw exceptions when a filter's owner was not present.
