admGetAllPermissionSchemes()
Description
Returns the list Permission Scheme names that exist in the Jira environment.
Return type
string[] (array of strings)
The requested names of all permission schemes.
Example
string[] pSchemes = admGetAllPermissionSchemes();
for(string pName in pSchemes) {
