Overview

The publishing report in the source space displays the current publishing status of pages in the source space and the target space.

The default display for the report shows pages in the source space that are not in sync.

Open the state NOT SYNCED dropdown menu to select Any state.

The report displays the publishing status for all the pages in the source space.

A Load more option is displayed if the space has more than 25 pages.

Toggle the report using [target]<spacename> to display the publishing status of pages in the target space.

When viewing the source space report, a space administrator can choose the Publish space option button to publish the whole space.

Accessing the publishing report

The Publishing Report is accessed in the source space from the Comala Publishing Get Started screen

In the Confluence sidebar in the source space

  • choose Apps>Comala Publishing

Report columns

The report displays the following information for each page in the selected space

  • Page (page title)

  • State (publishing status)

  • Last synced by

    • When (date of last publishing synchronization)

    • Version (source page version on last publishing synchronization)

  • Last updated by

    • When (date of last update)

    • Version (current source page version)

Filtering the report

By default, the report displays all pages in the source space that are not synced. These are pages in the source space with the publishing status of either

  • New

  • Out of sync

In the target space, a Removed publishing status is displayed for pages whose source space page has been deleted.

Choose Any state to display all the publishing status information for all the pages in the space.

Displays pages in the selected space that have any publishing status

  • New - pages not yet published

  • Out of sync - previously published pages that are currently out of sync

  • Synced - pages currently in sync

  • Removed (only displayed in the target space report) - pages in the target space where the source space page has been deleted

Space administrators can view the space publishing report in the space publishing dashboard, which displays summary information for the last whole space Publish space action.
