When the app migration is stuck at 0%, the following are recommended troubleshooting steps
Check the server logs to see if there is any java.lang.OutOfMemoryError. If yes, ask the customer to take a backup of the logs, restart the server if possible, and retry CCMA again. If possible, they should increase server memory if the memory is low.
Check the cloud logs for functional errors. Try to resolve them.
Check migrationStatus flag value at the FUSE layer. If the status flag value is stuck at InProgress, then ask the FUSE team to reset the status to DONE. Ask the customer to run CCMA again for Excel app.
