Migrating to Atlassian Confluence Cloud and Comala Document Management Cloud?
There are differences between the Confluence Cloud and Server platforms. We cannot deliver 1:1 feature parity between the environments but are committed to a cloud experience that offers effective control and management of documentation.

Comala Document Management migration is supported by the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA). We recommend updating your instance to the latest version of Atlassian Migration Assistant and Comala Document Management for Server.
The Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant migrates the data and users including the Comala Document Management last workflow state as a custom contents attachment. The migration does not include the full page history of workflow events and activities; the server workflows or approval reviewers.
The server and the Cloud app have similar features and functionality with inherent differences for several features. Check the product comparison page in the documentation for feature parity and feature differences.
To view the different pricing visit the Comala Document Management app pages on the Atlassian Marketplace and navigate to the pricing tab for more information. Server licenses are not transferable to Cloud.
Our support team can help review your Comala Document Management app usage data in your server instance. When raising a ticket, it is helpful to see your current use of Comala Document Management in your server instance. To help our team help you, use the Support Console in the Comala Document Management Server or Data Center app to download a Support package file and attach it to the support ticket.
