The Box switcher is a mini version of the Hierarchy mode of the Overview module. It shows the Box names and the hierarchybox switcher, located in the upper-left corner of the application, displays the name of the current Box you are viewing. When you click it, a drop-down list containing the Box hierarchy tree is displayed. You can then select a specific Box from the hierarchy to switch to.

Use the Box box switcher to switch between different Boxes boxes easily. Once opened, the active Box will be box is highlighted, so you can easily switch to a sub-box or a different Boxbox.

You will browse only those Boxes to can only browse through the boxes for which you have permissionspermission.

The Box box switcher is displayed in the Apps App’s header for each module and in the WBS Widget and Skill Widget, which can be added to the issue screen.

You can quickly return to an upper-level Box by clicking on the relevant breadcrumb. This way, you don't have to open the Box switcher drop-down to move between BoxesAbove the box switcher, you can see the breadcrumbs trail: a path that leads from the root box to the current box, showing every level between. Each element is a clickable link, leading to the corresponding level.

The following information is presented for each Box box on the list: 

Box The box IDs consist are composed of a Box box type prefix and a sequential number generated automatically generated by the App. The Box ID is These IDs are displayed next to the Box box switcher in within the Overview module. You can enter input the Box box ID to search the list of Boxes using the into the search box located situated in the Overview module and alongside the Box box switcher to find a specific box.

For example, the Hybrid Project’s box ID is HYBR-1, as this is the first Box box created using the Hybrid type.

Enter the Box name to search the list of Boxes using the search box located in the In the Overview module and the Box switcher. When box switcher, you can search for a specific box by entering its name. Whenever a new sibling Box box is addedincluded, the App will add app automatically appends a number to the description.

For example, if the Box box name is "Iteration," the automatically generated name of a same-level Box box would be "Iteration 1."

Box The box status is displayed next to the Box box name in the Box box switcher. You can change the Box box status in different sections of the App. In the Overview module, use the right-click or drag-and-drop option when in  Kanban mode. You can also change the status using the Board module or in the Scope definition tab of the Box box configuration.

The status is indicated using colors, and the following color-coded statuses are available:

  • Not started = gray

  • In progress = blue

  • Done = green

Mark Boxes boxes as your favorite and filter out all other Boxes boxes using the switcher or the filters in the Overview module.

The Box box hierarchy can be modified in the Hierarchy mode of the Overview module. You can expand and collapse it to see the desired level of information.

Use the home button to navigate back to the Home screen.

If you can't find what you are looking for by scrolling, use the search bar. It works with the Box box name and ID.

In the filtered view, the tree structure of Boxes boxes is not shown (only the Boxes boxes that match a filter).

To narrow the list to your favorite Boxes, click the Click the star button next to the search bar to narrow the list to your favorite boxes.
