Problem

Workflow created and was assigned at the page in a confluence space.

For If a user assigned to review in the "set all reviewers that have to approve" section , if a user assigned to review is out of the office for a period of time, another a space admin needs to add a different user to the "Automatically assign users" field. This allows someone else to complete the reviewcan transition the page to the next state.

Solution

• Since the page is already in this the Review state and the reviewers is are automatically assigned it , they can’t be changed.
  they need to use Admin true option to Use the following dark feature to transition the page to the next state.:

  • Enable the following dark feature by going to <HOST>/wiki/admin/darkfeatures.action

  
  Open the workflow dialog from the byline > Press the 3 dots menu and select "Debug tools"
  Expand the "Transition to" dropbox and select the state they want to jump to
  Also they need to remove the dark feature

    Step :
    1. Enable the following dark feature by going to <HOST>/wiki/admin/darkfeatures.action .
    Key in cwc.debug and click Submit.
    

  

2. Open the workflow dialog from the byline > Press the 3 dots menu and select "Debug tools"
   

   

   b) Expand the "Transition to" dropbox and select the state you they want to jump to
   

   

   3. Remove the dark feature when done .
      

• If they want anybody else to approve, when other person is assigned, they need to the reviewer needs to be changed in the workflow and the page is already in the Reviewer state:

  iteration of the workflow, they need to use the dark feature and to remove the workflow and to add it again
