Your customers might request to see the SLA statuses for their requests, or you may want to share this information yourself. Time to SLA enables you to share SLA statuses such information with your customers by making the SLA Panel visible to them based on the request type. You can even select which SLAs to display.

On this page, you'll learn how to share SLA statuses using the customer portal. Here’s how:

Click on the upper left-hand side of the screen.

Go to Projects.
