Problem
Customer complains a member of the identical specific group isn't receiving notifications from the plugins, unlike the others.
Solution
CDM ends : revisit Comala Document Management settings:

2. Confluence ends Settings:
Check if the Notify on my actions checkbox is being selected for the specific user
profile {Profile > settings Settings > Email Notify on my actions
Instructions:
Since As all of the customer colleagues are from belong to the same group, hence CDM settings from CDM ends can be ruled outeliminated.
henceTherefore, navigate please proceed to Confluence > and then select Settings.
Click on user Profile > Settings
Select Email > tick on Notify on my actions
