Overview

Adding the HelpdeskHelpDesk+ to your Team is an essential part of getting started with using the platform.

Prerequisites

You must have HelpDesk+ installed on Teams. See https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HFMT/pages/720965301/Quick+Start+Guide#Install-HelpDesk-%2B-on-Microsoft-Teams for details.

Add HelpDesk+ to your Team

  1. From Teams, click Apps from the left sidebar.

  2. Search for HelpDesk+.

  3. Click Add on the HelpDesk+ app.

  4. Use the drop-down and select Add to a team.

  5. Enter the team name and select it from the suggestions.

  6. Click Set up.
