The migration process may encounter a 0% progress stall for new users who are new to our cloud Excel app. Specifically, during the S2C migration, the appProperties migration may fail, resulting in the migration status migrationStatus being erroneously set to "Progress." Consequently, the migration appears to be continuously in progress at 0%.
