Customer request to delete Bulk SLA defined in the Time to SLA plugin .

The customer had multiple SLAs in place, but desires Multiple SLAs exist, but want to keep only one while removing all the others.

There isn't a direct option for removing SLAs (as there are no checkbox options for selecting on the SLA Configurations page).
Currently, the only method is to click manually clicking the trash bin icon for SLA deletion manually.

Utilizing the Import/Export feature:

1. Customer You can utilize use the Import/Export feature from the Settings Menu.

   1. Simply export a single SLA,

   2. and when When at the import screen, opt for the "Delete All SLAs" option using that exported SLA.
