After the application link setup is complete, when users go to Jira > AIO Tableau Power BI > My Connector URL URLs for the very first time, they are presented with a dialog box to approve OAuth access.
Click on the link in the dialog box, and click Allow on the next screen

After clicking Allow, a Web Data Connector URL is generated for the user
The Web Data Connector URL can be added to Tableau Desktop as a Data Source to import the data
The Connector URL is unique to each user and maps user’s Jira permissions behind it

Provide a name and description (optional)
Specify a JQL to filter the issues to be fetched by the connector
Select the fields to be pulled by the connector
Click Save and Close
Multiple connectors can be created using the steps listed above
