Manual user map
Click Mapping for Sync Profile # to open the Mapping for Synch Sync Profile page.
Click the In Jira field and select a user from the To be mapped listlist, or enter a user name and select it when it appears. Click in the In Azure field and find a user, or enter a user name and select it when it appears. Click Add mapping to add to the Mapped users list.
Click Save settings and click the Close icon X in the top left corner to return to the main Users page.
