Templates in Foxly are an invaluable tool for accelerating your prioritization workflow. By utilizing different prioritization templates, you can expedite decision-making without the need to worry about the prioritization methodology.

To access templates, navigate to your Foxly board or space on Monday.com. In the prioritization section, you'll find a drop-down menu where you can choose from various templates.

Each prioritization template is accompanied by a high-level explanation, use cases, and details about the metrics it employs. This information provides a comprehensive understanding of how to apply the template effectively.

Click the drop-down menu to see available templates, such as ICE, RICE, Weighted Shortest Job First, Value vs. Effort, and three marketing templates.

Template Details

1. ICE Template

  • Purpose: This template focuses on Impact, Confidence, and Ease to help prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Metrics: Explanation of the metrics used, options available, and how the score is calculated.
