SLA Summary Report
Go to SLA Reports.
Click Report Type and select SLA Summary Report.
Select Filter Type to limit the scope of your issues by utilizing either Project, JQL, or Issue Filters.
Select the SLAs you want to generate the report for. Keep in mind that the menu displays all of your SLAs, both enabled and disabled. Leave blank to include them all.
Customize the report to your needs by selecting ➕ More, Format, and/or adding Columns.

Click Generate to create your Summary Report.
That’s it! 🎉 The report will now be accessible from the list below. Here is an example:
Once you’ve created a summary report, if you have an SLA that didn’t reach the target date, it shows the remaining duration of this SLA. If you have an SLA that has already been breached, it shows the overdue duration of the SLA.
SLA Detail Report
SLA Details Report allows you to see all of your detailed issues and SLA information on a single page.

To create an SLA Detail Report:
Go to SLA Reports.
Click Report Type and select SLA Detail Report.
Select Filter Type to limit the scope of your issues by utilizing either Project, JQL, or Issue Filters.
Select the SLAs you want to generate the report for. Keep in mind that the menu displays all of your SLAs, both enabled and disabled. Leave it blank to include them all.
Customize the report to your needs by clicking ➕ More to add filters.
Use the SLA Columns and Issue Columns dropdowns to add or remove columns from your report.
Click Generate to create your SLA Detail Report.

Once you’ve created a detail report, it shows the elapsed duration in the working duration column, the remaining duration in the remaining duration column, and the overdue duration in the breach duration column. |
SLA Durations Report
In a report, charts go a long way in illustrating findings that are clear and concise. With SLA Durations Report, you can create:
Bar chart reports
Stacked bar chart reports
Line chart reports
Here you can see all the options you have when creating a new SLA Durations Report.
Chart Interval – Allows you to set the time period for your report. Options are: Custom, Last month, Past one month, Past three months, etc.
Chart Type – You can create two types of charts: Line and Bar.
X Axis – Choose whether SLA Start Time, SLA End Time, or SLA Deadline will be on your X-Axis.
Y Axis – Select if your Y-Axis will be Days, Hours, Minutes, or Seconds.
Period – The data on the chart can be displayed monthly or weekly.

Go to SLA Reports.
Click Report Type and select SLA Durations Report.
Select Filter Type to limit the scope of your issues by utilizing either Project, JQL, or Issue Filters.
Select the SLAs you want to generate the report for. Keep in mind that the menu displays all of your SLAs, both enabled and disabled. Leave blank to include them all.
Click Chart Interval to set a time period for your report.
Customize the report to your needs by selecting ➕ More, Format, and/or adding Columns.
Click Generate to create your SLA Durations Report.

SLA Status Report
Pie charts are useful for displaying a parts-to-whole connection for categorical or nominal data. With Time to SLA for Jira Cloud, you can present SLA status information as a pie chart.
To generate an SLA Status Report:
Go to SLA Reports.
Click Report Type and select SLA Status Report.
Select Filter Type to limit the scope of your issues by utilizing either Project, JQL, or Issue Filters.
