TTS creates SLA Panel, Time to SLA, and Overdue custom fields upon installation; however, others need to be created manually (i.e. SLA Indicator, SLA Overview, SLA Dates). After you've added those, you'll need to add them to the screens where you want them to appear. |
How to Add Custom Field to Screens
1. Go to SLA fields.
2. Click the cog icon in the row of a custom field that you would like to display on screens.
3. Click Screens.
4. The Jira Screens screen will appear.
5. Tick the screens that you want to display the custom field on.
6. Click Update.
