Introduction
This guide walks you through pushing comments from JIRA to Salesforce.com.
Step-by-Step Guide
To push a single comment from the JIRA issue to the related Salesforce object, you will need to:
- Open up the relevant JIRA issue.
- Hover over the comment you would like to push to Salesforce. A set of icons will appear.
Click on the
icon and a pop-up will appear.
If it doesn't, Refresh the page.
- If the comment is already pushed to the related Salesforce object, a message will be displayed as follows:
- If the comment is not already pushed to the related Salesforce object, you will be provided with a form where you can check which systems where you would like to push the comment to.
Select the appropriate option(s) and click Push to push the comment.
