Due to Jira Cloud limitations, Canned Responses doesn’t support attachments, as there is no centralized space where we can store an attachment. Because of this, you can't attach images directly to the editor box. However, as a workaround, you can store the image somewhere else (an external website) and add it to the template by utilizing its link.Canned Responses Pro already supports attachments; however, you can also add images by storing them on an external site if you don't want to add them as an attachment.
