In Canned Responses Pro Templates for Jira, each user can create a template for their signature and insert it easily into their responses. This saves time and ensures consistency in the format of the signature.
You can also share a global template for all users in all projects, define per-project signatures that can be used by all users in a given project, let users use Personal templates that are defined by themselves, and use signatures in "Replies to customer" in Jira Service Management projects only.
