  1. Go to Jira > Reports and Timesheets > Create new Report.

  2. The Report Designer interface opens when you create a report using a template or build one from scratch. To create a new report, click Create new Report. For more information, refer to Report Templates.

  3. Change the Report type to Chart > Bar

  4. Click on the fields in the left hand side fields selector to add them to the report

    1. X-Axis => Service desk: Request Channel Type.

    2. Y-Axis => Common: Count of Issues
