BigPicture doesn’t support rollbacks. In case of When updating BigPicture, we highly recommend creating the following:

  1. Database backup.

  2. BigPicture backup (see the Backup, restore and migration page for more information).
    Jira and BigPicture store their data separately. Creating a BigPicture dump IS NOT a Jira backup.

  1. Go to Jira Administration > Manage apps.

  2. Select Manage apps on the left.

  3. Locate BigPicture.
