Prerequisites

Configure Knowledge Base Integration Support

  1. Go to the Jira App.

  2. Choose More from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click on Apps and select the appropriate Jira instance.

  4. Scroll down to Knowledge Base Integration.

  5. Input the base URL for your knowledge base service.

  6. Click on the Save button.
