On the left, select Apps. Then, click on
and select Permissions
Purpose
BigPicture needs workspace access to add a BigPicture shortcut in monday.com workspaces.
Available settings
App access can be granted for:
all workspaces
selected workspaces
When app access permissions are missing, the BigPicture app shortcut cannot be added to a workspace.
Note: Those permissions do NOT impact BigPicture having access to boards in a workspace.
When a user opens BigPicture, ALL existing sharable boards from ALL workspaces of a monday.com instance can be added to the scope of boxes, regardless of
how a user accessed BigPicture

Business reason: Hiding BigPicture from users in a given workspace.
Troubleshooting - permissions revoked
“BigPicture PPM for monday.com isn’t permitted for this workspace” message appears.
When app access permissions are revoked, existing BigPicture shortcuts are still visible but can’t be used.
