Page Tools Menu

Overview

The page tools menu can be accessed from any page or blog post by clicking the ellipsis page tools menu option

There are a number of Comala Document Management related options

New users on first installation of the app can also choose the Page Workflow guide option from page tools (when adding a page workflow) if user on-boarding has been enabled for the site.

Manage Workflow Parameters

Use this option to add a workflow to an individual page or blog post.

This option will only available when

there is no space mode workflow enabled

Use this option to view details of the current workflow applied to the page.

This option will only be available when

there is an added workflow on the page (either a space workflow or a page workflow)

Use this option to remove the current page workflow.

This option will only available when

there is no space mode workflow enabled
a page workflow is added to the content

Use this option to view the history of the Document Management workflow activity for the current page.

This option will only available when

there is an added workflow on the page (either a space workflow or a page workflow)

Use this option to update the value of workflow parameters in the workflow.

This option will only available when

there is no space mode workflow enabled
a workflow with workflow parameters is added to the content

Remove Page Workflow option is only displayed when there is a page workflow active on the page.
