In Confluence, create a new Space for your new knowledge base. Then, create the subprojects and dashboards with the following hierarchy:
- Cafe Rockettoria Projects
- Branding
- Hiring
- Purchasing equipment
- Site investigation
- Supply Chain
- Document Library
- Project Status & Budget
- Team Members
- Team Resourcing
To easily access the subprojects, we will also label each subproject with the tag subproject.
Using SCAF, we will now build a live template for the subprojects.
- Go to Space tools on the bottom left corner of the Confluence sidebar.
- Select Content Tools.
- In the User Created Templates section, click on Create New Template.
