This section provides information on how to configure Electronic Signatures for Jira cloud:

Receiving PIN on email

As soon as Electronic Signatures works in a different way in Jira cloud than on Jira server / Data Center. In Jira cloud instead of Password you will use your own Pin code  to sign the Issues. To get the Pin code ensure your Email settings are enabled.

Access to user emails

1. In your Jira cloud, go to your Atlassian account and select Personal Settings. 
2. Ensure that you enable email updates notifications when You make changes to the issue so that you can receive your Pin.
