How to Change SLA Status Labels

1. Tick Use i18n keys if you want to see the translated texts according to the local language of the Jira instance.

If you tick this option to see the translated text in SLA Status labels, you must enter the translation for each label using InProduct Translation Plugin.

2. Enter SLA Status Labels.

You can use your own SLA Status labels instead of the TTS default ones. If you change this text, don't forget to re-index Jira before using these fields in JQL conditions.

However, we strongly recommend using our JQL Functions to get more accurate results.

3. Click Save.
