What is the price for the plugin? Can I pay only for users that use OKR for Jira Cloud?
You can check the price here.
According to Atlassian's pricing policy, apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum number of users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) in the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.
OKR for Jira is not loading, and I see this warning: "It looks like your browser has 3rd party cookies disabled." What should I do?
If you're using Chrome with 3rd party cookies disabled, OKR for Jira won't load. You'll see a message about needing this setting enabled. To fix it, simply allow 3rd party cookies in Chrome following these instructions. This should allow you to use OKR for Jira without any issues!
We use another OKR management method. How can we move them over to OKR for Jira Cloud?
There is an option to export, but not import. If you’re interested in such a feature, you can contact our Support team. If you've used the trial and would like to transition to using it full-time, remember to export what you have so that you don't lose your progress.
What does it mean when my OKR for Jira data is stored in the EU or in the US?
This indicates that your OKR data will be housed in a database situated within the European Union. Additionally, the application handling your requests will be hosted in servers located within the EU.
How can I check where my data is stored?
Our data is stored where the Jira data is stored. You can view where your Jira in-scope product data is hosted from your organization's administration. You must have Jira organization admin permission to do this.
To view where your product data is hosted:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Security > Data residency.
This action will open the data residency page for your organization, displaying a list of Atlassian products, their respective locations, and the corresponding AWS regions. If a product is PINNED to a location, its in-scope data is securely retained there.
Is my OKR for Jira data stored in the EU if my Jira is also in the EU?
Yes, your OKR for Jira data will be stored in the EU if your Jira instance is based there.
Can I migrate my OKR for Jira data from the US to the EU if it's currently stored in the US?
No, Atlassian currently does not support this. To achieve this migration, you would need to create a new Jira instance with data residency in the EU and subsequently install the app there. If you wish to migrate your OKR data from a US-based instance to an EU-based one, please let us know, and we may be able to assist you further. Please refer to this Atlassian page for more information on data residency.
