Create on Transition for Jira provides very powerful workflow extensions (post functions, condition and validator) that are discussed in detail in the following sections:
Project users can see whether a workflow transition configured with a post function, is successful or not in the Jira issue view. The issue transition activity log is displayed in the Create on Transition section to the right of the issue view. Users can expand this section to see the respective success message or error(s) in detail and use:
- Copy to clipboard, to copy the error details, share them with the administrator and have their addresses.
