Charitable and Community Support
We are proud to support charitable, community, and open source organizations in the spirit of Atlassian Starter Program, Atlassian's 1% challenge, and now as part of the Pledge 1% Movement.
- Free software for charitable and community organizations running Community/Open Source licensed versions of Atlassian Software. If you qualify, email sales@atlassian.com to request a Community/Open Source app license or go directly to this request form.
- Donation to Room to Read for Starter licenses.
This includes a matching donation which means $20 for each new Starter license purchased and $10 for each Starter license renewal. From 2020 and onward, grant is similar to past years. - Cash contributions to other charities including: American Red Cross, Rise Against Hunger, Action Against Hunger, Save the Children, International Rescue Committee, Doctors Without Borders, local community food banks and charities, and others.
For 2021:
- Free software valued at over $500,000.
- $20,000 to Room to Read.
- $10,000 to Alzheimers Disease Research Foundation (Cure Alzheimer's)
- $5,000 to American Red Cross.
- $5,000 to International Rescue Committee
- $5,000 to Doctors Without Borders.
- Over $30,000 to other US charities like local food banks associated to Feeding America.
For 2020:
- Free software valued at over $500,000.
- $20,000 to Room to Read.
- $5,000 to Rise Against Hunger.
- $5,000 to Action Against Hunger.
- $5,000 to American Red Cross.
- $5,000 to International Rescue Committee.
- $5,000 to Doctors Without Borders.
- Over $25,000 to other US charities like local food banks associated to Feeding America.
For 2019:
- Free software valued at over $500,000.
- $20,000 to Room to Read.
- $5,000 to Rise Against Hunger.
- $5,000 to Action Against Hunger.
