Overview

You can edit tickets from multiple places in teams (notifications, board view, list view, ticket mentions). The Jira Integration+ respects individual Jira user permissions and permits only allowed ticket updates.

Edit Jira tickets in Microsoft Teams

1. In Teams, click the ticket to open the edit view (this can be from a notification, board, list, or ticket mention).

2. Make any changes, as you would in Jira.

3. Any updates are saved automatically.
