When working with the backlog, you can display or hide already planned tasks. A planned task refers to a task that has already been scheduled in one of the boxes.
The following rules apply:
Task state | Display |
|---|---|
| Any task that is unplanned and within the applied filter | white background, black font |
| Any parent task that is unplanned and outside of the applied filter (parents must be displayed to present task hierarchy properly) | white background, grey font |
| Any task that is already planned and within the applied filter | green background, black font |
Any parent task that is already planned and outside of the applied filter (parents must be displayed to present task hierarchy properly) | green background, grey font |
