Hide or show download/export icons using Macro Security

Administrators can now restrict the usage of the Enable download and export as attachment parameter through the Macro Security for Confluence app. If this parameter is added to Macro Security Configuration, the icons are displayed based on the specified permissions and restrictions. Please note that if not permitted, the icons are hidden from users rather than being shown an error message.
