How to remove all tasks in Bamboo Job using Bamboo Command Line Interface (CLI)

This article explains how to remove all tasks in Bamboo Job using Bamboo Command Line Interface (CLI) app.

Instructions

Use runFromTaskList and removeTask actions to remove all tasks in Bamboo Job. Refer to the sample command as follows:

--action runFromTaskList --plan DEMO-TEST --job JOB1 --common "--action removeTask --id @taskId@ --plan @plan@ --job @job@ "

In the above action:

--plan value refers to the plan name in Bamboo.
--job value refers to the job name in Bamboo.
--id value refers to the Bamboo task id.

It is recommended to test the commands in a non-production environment or run the action with --simulate parameter to verify the behavior before deploying.
