Auto-resolve common issues

Overview

Quickly resolve common requests with automatic suggestions from existing knowledge and help docs. HelpDesk+ suggests Confluence articles to users in Slack in real-time and makes it easy to resolve issues instantly.

 

Auto-resolve common issues

  1. Open your request.

  2. The bot will respond with suggestions if your request contains a keyword in your Confluence wiki.

  3. Click View to open the associated wiki pages.

  4. Click the This helped me, or This did not help, depending on the result.

  5. Then, if the article helps resolve the issue, click Close.

The agent will close the request on your behalf.
