Description
Verifies if a user has access to the Jira Service Desk application.Parameters for the server version

Return type
boolean (true/false)
A "true" return value means that the user has access to Jira Service Desk.
Example
userHasServiceDeskAcces("jsmith");
Returns "true" if the user has access.
