Does Appfire duplicate any sensitive data from Jira?
No, Appfire does not duplicate sensitive data from Jira. Instead, it references Jira data using its ID. Specifically, Appfire does not store details about users (such as emails or names) and does not store details of issues (such as summary, description, status, etc.).
Where does OKR for Jira store the data?
OKR for Jira stores data in Atlas Mongo hosted by Amazon Web Services infrastructure, available in both the United States and EU servers. The data residency of OKR for Jira depends on the hosting location of your Jira instance.
