Invalid License

When the trial ends (14 days since the initial installation, unlimited access), or you have an invalid license, access to BigPicture is blocked.


The license can be invalid when:

  1. Current plan is too low:

    Upgrade your plan to continue using BigPicture
    1. Trial ended, and a license was not purchased.

    2. The trial ended, and a license was purchased, but then (after some time), the number of seats on Monday's account exceeded the allowed number of seats on the purchased BP license.

  2. License expired.

    Your license has expired system message

    The customer bought a license for a specific period, and that time ended.

 

In both cases, you can visit the BigPicture Monday.com Marketplace page to check the current plan and upgrade it if needed.
