Scope types

The scope type of a box type determines how the scope of created boxes of this type behaves.

Own scope

Users can add new add monday boards and items to a box of this type

None (aggregations only)

In this mode, the Scope definition section doesn't exist at all (can't be found in the Box configuration), as the scope is based strictly on boxes nested in it.

You can think of ‘none’ scope boxes as portfolio boxes.

Sub-scope

The Box scope is always a subset of the scope already defined at an upper level of the Box hierarchy (the upper-level Box must have "Own" scope).

Change of settings - impact

Scope type is set during box creation. It cannot be changed.
