Getting started with Foxly Project Prioritization is easy! Watch the video overview and follow the instructions in this article to start using Foxly to optimize task prioritization for your team.

Installation

  1. In monday.com, click the project board you want to use with Foxly. Then click + > Apps > Explore more Apps.

  2. Search for Foxly and follow the installation process provided by monday.com.

  3. Once installed, Foxly will prompt you to name the tab. Enter a relevant name.

Template Selection

  1. After Foxly is installed, the Choose prioritization template drop-down appears where you can select your preferred template.
    Foxly provides seven templates, four focused on general prioritization and three on marketing.

  2. After selecting the template from the drop-down, click Select Template.

 

 

 

Assigning metrics

  1. After selecting a template, you will see items from your board without assigned priority scores or metrics.

  2. You must assign metrics to each item to calculate a priority score. Examples of metrics include Effort, Brand awareness, and ROI. Click an Item and a drop-down will appear requiring you to select the metric value.

  3. Continue assigning metrics to all items.

 

 

 

Sorting by priority

Once metrics are assigned to all items, click the first cell in the Score column to order the priority score from highest to lowest. You can now see which items are the highest priority and which are the lowest.
