.NET Framework 4.6.2 or higher - if missing, this component is downloaded and setup by the TFS4JIRA installer
- TFS4JIRA needs Internet access to download the component. Download folder: C:\Users\Public\Downloads
- If Internet access is restricted, please manually download and setup .NET Framework 4.6.2 or higher using this link: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2088631

- there is no installation check for this component currently implemented.
- this component must be manually installed pre-installation or pre-upgrade of TFS4JIRA
- required even when the full SQL Server version is installed
- 64bit version must be installed

IIS 10.0 or higher setup and present in the Windows system.
- IIS Express version does not work with Synchronizer.
- TFS4JIRA installer:
  - enables IIS feature/service if disabled
  - enables all missing IIS features as per the below list.
- Optionally you can enable, and setup IIS and all required features manually before TFS4JIRA installation, as per the below list.
  - Download and install IIS: New Features Introduced in IIS 10.0 Version 1709
  - In Application Development Features enable:
    - .NET Extensibility 4.5 or higher
    - Application Initialization
    - http://ASP.NET 4.5 or higher
    - ISAPI Extensions
    - ISAPI Filters
  - In Common HTTP Features following enable:
    - Default Document
    - HTTP Errors
    - Static Content
