Unable to install the Groovy Tasks for Bamboo app

Problem statement

The installation of the Groovy Tasks for Bamboo app is not happening as expected.

Error message 

Problem accessing the file Groovy Tasks for Bamboo.

Environment

Cause

This error occurs when the configured BASE URL is different from the URL which is being used to access the application, i.e. if we configured BASE URL as http://192.168.1.1:8085 and we access the Instance using http://localhost:8085.

Solution

The BASE URL should match with the URL for application access in order for the apps to be installed.
