 What does this app do?

This app allows you to easily see the TODOs and FIXMEs in a given build as well as historically.

 What is the task type that is available when this app is installed?

Tech insights is the Task type available by default.

 What are the configurations that are available for this Task type?

Shown below in the screenshot are the configurations available for this Task type: Any extensions that you wish to have scanned in addition to the ones listed.

 How is the 'Directory to scan' option useful?

This is a sub-directory within the source code directory. This is useful to specify in scenarios where you have extra content in your repository. The default behaviour is to scan the entire repository or code base.

 What happens when I use verbose build log output?

This lists the files that are scanned.

 What are the columns that are included in Tech Insights output?

The columns included in Tech Insights output are Type, Text, Path, Last build, First build (as shown in the below screenshot). This displays the last 30 builds.
