Copy Page Tree version 2.6.25 introduces a new feature related to putting restrictions on which groups can use the Copy Page Tree plugin.

Some admins may want to do this to restrict the ability to perform bulk operations (Copy Page Tree, Delete Page Tree) to certain groups of users.

An admin configuration tool has been added under Confluence’s “General Configuration” tool for use by admins. This tool can be used to add a comma-delimited list of groups who are allowed to use the Copy Page Tree plugin.

If you leave this setting empty/blank then there are no additional restrictions on the use of Copy Page Tree, only the default restrictions: a user needs read access to copy (they can copy what they can see), and a user needs remove access to delete.
